Please make sure you have connected to a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network and turned on the Bluetooth. Alternatively, you can try to restart the Wi-Fi router or connect to a Phone’s data network hotspot to try it again.
Please make sure you have turned on the ‘Siren Alarm’ and ‘Siren Beep'.
You can short press to Arm the system, long press to trigger the alarm (SOS)/ Mute the alarm (this function can be turned ON/OFF in the settings).
Please make sure you have connected to a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network and turned on the Bluetooth. Alternatively, you can try to restart the Wi-Fi router or connect to a Phone’s data network hotspot to try it again.
Please check if there are doors/windows open, or if the base station is in a low battery state.
Please check whether the installation position and distance of the sensor are correct and whether the battery power is normal. (The Entry sensors from other brands, please pair it to ‘General').
Battery status needs to be manually refreshed. After replacing the battery, please click ‘Accessory Low Battery Reset’ on the settings page to refresh the battery status.
Please pay attention to the touch distance <3cm, and the RFID area. RFID protocol: 125 KHz, 4100/1200.
